At Lady Goat™, every order is prepared with care and precision. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to protect product integrity and limited inventory releases.

All Sales Policy

 


All sales are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.


We do not guarantee refunds. Resolutions are issued at the sole discretion of Lady Goat™.

 


 

 

Custom & Personalized Items

 


All custom, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items are:


NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE


Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, dates, sizing, and personalization details before checkout.

 


 

 

Pre-Sale Items

 


Pre-Sale items are reservation-based purchases.


Because these items are produced in limited quantities specifically for customers:

 

  • Pre-Sale items are non-refundable.

  • If production exceeds the extended timeline, store credit may be issued.

 

 


 

 

Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender

 


If a package is returned due to:

 

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to claim package

  • Delivery refusal

 


The original shipping cost will be deducted.


The remaining balance will be issued as store credit only.


Reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

 

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied

 


If approved, resolution may include:

 

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial credit (at our discretion)

 


We do not offer refunds for minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

 


 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

 


Once an order is scanned and accepted by USPS or UPS:

 

  • Ownership transfers to the customer.

  • Lady Goat™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

  • All shipments include carrier insurance.

 


Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

 


 

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

 


By completing checkout, you agree to our Return Policy.


Filing a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution may result in:

 

  • Submission of order confirmation

  • Policy agreement acknowledgment

  • Shipping confirmation

  • IP and transaction verification

 


Fraudulent disputes may be escalated where permitted by law.
