We strive to fulfill all in-stock orders within 24–72 business hours.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will:

Have the original shipping cost deducted.

Be issued store credit for the remaining balance.

Pre-Sale Orders


All items listed as Pre-Sale are exactly that — a reservation of a limited item before it arrives.

Pre-Sale timelines typically range from 4–8 weeks, depending on production.

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing or supply chain factors.

If a Pre-Sale exceeds the estimated timeframe, customers will be issued store credit.


Pre-Sale purchases guarantee your item in limited drops and no-restock collections.

🚚 Shipping Carrier Responsibility


Once an order has shipped and left our warehouse:

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, delivery attempts, or items marked as delivered.

The buyer is responsible for contacting USPS or UPS directly regarding:

Attempted deliveries

Items still in transit

Items marked delivered but not received


Each order includes shipping insurance coverage. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.



📦 Shipping Liability


Lady Goat™ is not responsible for any order once it has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier.


Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer once the package leaves our facility.
