  • Estimated production timelines range from 4–8 weeks unless otherwise stated.

  • Timelines may vary due to manufacturing, supply chain, or carrier delays.

  • By purchasing a Pre-Sale item, you agree to the estimated timeline.

  • If production exceeds the extended timeframe, resolution will be issued in the form of store credit.

 


Pre-Sale purchases secure limited inventory and no-restock items.

 

 

 

4. Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

 


Customers are solely responsible for ensuring:

 

  • Correct spelling of custom details

  • Correct sizing selections

  • Accurate and complete shipping address

 


Orders returned due to incorrect address information will:

 

  • Have original shipping fees deducted

  • Be reissued as store credit for the remaining balance

  • Require payment of reshipping fees

 


Lady Goat™ is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address submission.

 

 

 

5. Custom & Personalized Items

 


All custom, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale.


No cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once production begins.

 

 

 

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

 


Processing times for in-stock items are 24–72 business hours unless otherwise stated.


Once an order is scanned and accepted by USPS or UPS:

 

  • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

  • Lady Goat™ is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or items marked delivered.

  • Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.

 


All shipments include carrier insurance. Claims must be filed with the carrier.

 

 

 

7. Returns & Refund Policy

 


Unless otherwise stated:

 

  • All sales are final.

  • Store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Lady Goat™.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 


Custom and Pre-Sale items are non-refundable.

 

 

 

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 


By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms as legally binding.


In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:

 

  • Lady Goat™ reserves the right to submit proof of delivery, IP address verification, order confirmation, policy agreement, and all relevant documentation to the financial institution.

  • Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in account restriction and collection action where permitted by law.

 


Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve issues prior to filing disputes.

 

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

 


All designs, logos, graphics, product concepts, and branding are the property of Lady Goat™.


Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, resale, or exploitation of any portion of the service or products is strictly prohibited.

 

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 


Lady Goat™ shall not be liable for:

 

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party carriers

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, supply chain interruptions)

 


Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
