• READY TO SHIP: If no pre-sale date is listed, the tumbler is in stock and available for engraving and processing. This does not mean it ships immediately.
• PROCESSING TIME: Please allow up to 14 business days for engraving and processing unless otherwise stated in the listing. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
• CUSTOM ORDERS: Personalized designs may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the engraving.
• ORDER PROCESSING: We are a one-person business. All orders are processed in the order received.

PLEASE NOTE: Engraved tumblers are made to order. Purchasing an in-stock tumbler does not mean the engraving has already been completed.

SHIPPING & TRACKING POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.

• ADDRESS VERIFICATION: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please verify all information before placing your order.
• SHIPPING CONFIRMATION: Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and delivery status.
• CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY: Once your package has been accepted by USPS or UPS, shipping and delivery are handled by the carrier. We do not control transit times, tracking updates, or delivery schedules.
• SHIPPING INQUIRIES: If your order is marked as shipped and tracking confirms the carrier has possession of the package, please contact USPS or UPS directly for transit updates, delays, or delivery inquiries rather than contacting our shop for routine tracking updates.
• SHIPPING DELAYS: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our control.
• TRACKING UPDATES: A shipping label being created does not mean your package has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours after carrier drop-off for tracking information to update.

IMPORTANT: Once your package is in transit, USPS or UPS is your primary point of contact for shipping updates. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and contacting the carrier regarding transit or delivery questions.

For packages confirmed lost, damaged, or misdelivered, please contact us if carrier assistance does not resolve the issue so we can review it in accordance with applicable policies.

ENGRAVING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Each tumbler is individually laser engraved.
• Engraving is permanent and is not a sticker, decal, or vinyl application.
• Engraving colors and finishes depend on the tumbler’s original coating and the material exposed during engraving.
• Slight variations in engraving appearance may occur due to the manufacturing finish, lighting, and individual tumbler characteristics.
• Product colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
• Please review the tumbler size, brand, color, and design before purchasing.
• Any personalization details must be entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for spelling or information errors submitted by the customer.

TUMBLER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• HAND WASH ONLY.
• Do not place in the dishwasher.
• Do not microwave.
• Avoid abrasive sponges, harsh chemicals, or scrubbing directly over the engraved design.
• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for proper use and care.
